Dr. Evgenia (Jane) Milman, PhD, is a postdoctoral fellow with the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council in the Psychology Department at Western University. Dr. Milman publishes research on grief-related mental health complications and examines how making meaning of difficult life experiences influences mental health following grief, trauma and other stressful events. Most recently, Dr. Milman developed the Handbook of Grief Therapies for Sage Publications. Dr. Milman also directs continuing education webinar programing for grief clinicians at the Association for Death Education and Counseling and she is a Licensed Psychologist in private practice.
