Dr. Maya Roth recently joined the Directorate of Mental Health at Veterans Affairs Canada as a Psychology Consultant following fifteen years of clinical practice at the St. Joseph’s Operational Stress Injury Clinic – Greater Toronto Site. Dr. Roth is an Affiliated Scientist at MacDonald Franklin OSI Research and Innovation Centre, an Associate Member of the Yeates School of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies at Toronto Metropolitan University, an Adjunct Clinical Professor in the Department of Psychiatry, Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry, Western University, an Associate Scientist at Lawson Research Institute, and a Canadian Institute of Military and Veteran Health Research Fellow. Dr. Roth is a passionate advocate for evidence-based treatment in the area of military/Veteran mental health. She has presented and published in this area, and has also provided evidence-based treatment training workshops to clinicians.
