Deanna Davis (Walker), PhD, CPsych
Visiting Scholar
Dr. Davis (Walker) graduated with a Doctoral Degree in Clinical Science and Psychopathology at Western University, and completed her Clinical Residency at the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Care Centre in Ottawa, Ontario. Her doctoral research explored the assessment of impostor phenomenon and its relation to psychological distress and occupational functioning. Her research interests at the OSI Research Centre are focused on the intersection between psychological trauma and wellbeing, including factors impacting mental health outcomes and health care access for Veterans and Military members. In addition to her research interests, she has extensive experience in providing psychological services within trauma-focused populations, including working with first responders, Veterans, and trauma-related disorders.
